Ep. 21 Expectations vs. Reality with Nelly Johnson
Nelly Johnson, LMFT, has a purpose to provide relationship education to her clients in areas such as trauma and how that past trauma can impact current relationships and overall functioning. She believes a lack of self-awareness is the true culprit of poor relationships.
Nelly, from Lancaster, CA, believes that some individuals just don’t know how to be their authentic selves and they live the lives they believe others want them to live. She is most passionate about teaching clients to learn how to truly express themselves.
Nelly and I discuss boundaries, expectations, and how much is too much texting at the three levels of dating, commitment, and marriage! She enthusiastically has a passion for serving those of us fresh out of a relationship or divorce and is looking to get “back out there”!
